These terms govern your use of Swimalysis. They're written in plain language to describe how the service actually works; they are not a substitute for legal advice, and should be reviewed by a lawyer before you rely on them as a binding legal document.

The service

Swimalysis is a training and performance tracking tool for swimmers and coaches. You can log races, build and log workouts, track training data, and (if applicable) connect with a coach or athletes you coach.

Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Swimalysis.

Subscriptions & billing

[To be finalized once pricing launches.] Subscriptions, where applicable, are billed through Stripe. A free trial period, if offered, converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

Don't use Swimalysis to upload content you don't have the right to share, to interfere with the service's operation, or to attempt to access another user's data without authorization (including through the coach/athlete access system outside of its intended use).

Your data

You own the training and performance data you log. See our privacy policy for how we handle it.

Termination

You can stop using Swimalysis and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

Swimalysis is provided "as is." Training and race analysis features are informational and are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified coach or medical professional. We aren't liable for decisions made based on the app's analysis.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active users by email.
