Workout building & poolside practice

Build a workout once, then actually run it on deck — with a mode designed for a wet touchscreen, not a keyboard.

Building the set

Workouts are built from sets, and sets are built from rounds — a round is just how many times a group of components repeats. Swim sets are reps × distance × stroke, with a timing value (an interval to hold, or a rest period after). Dryland sets work the same way, but with exercises instead of swim components, each with its own weight, time, or rep target.

Practice mode

Once a workout is logged as an instance, Practice Mode takes over on deck: one set per page, large tap targets for marking reps complete, and round-by-round navigation that doesn't require scrolling through the whole workout to find where you are. On a tablet in landscape, it splits into three columns — round navigation, the current set, and set navigation — so nothing is more than a thumb's reach away.

Favorites

Sets you build once and use often can be favorited, then pulled into a new workout from a searchable, tag-filtered picker — no retyping a set you've already built a dozen times.
