Goals

Every event gets a lifetime target time, a pacing strategy to hit it, and a stats card that puts your current bests, qualifying standards, and short-term stepping stones in one place.

Set a target, see the pacing

Set a lifetime goal time for any event and course. Swimalysis builds a leg-by-leg pacing strategy toward it, seeded from your historical split pattern (how you've actually paced this event before) or from even splits if you don't have split data yet, and you can hand-edit any leg to plan your own strategy.

Qualifying standards & how you stack up

Your stats card shows your lifetime best, your best within your current age group, and how both compare to your gender- and age-group-specific qualifying standard, including whether your goal, if you hit it, would qualify.

Bests across every pool length

Race in more than one course? Your lifetime bests from the other two pool lengths are converted into whichever course you're viewing, shown side by side with the raw time as originally swum, so you're never comparing a short course best to a long course goal without knowing the difference.

Short-term goals

Lifetime targets are often months or years out. Short-term goals let you set a nearer stepping-stone time for the same event, tracked separately so hitting one doesn't reset progress toward the other.
